There’s no other supplementary benefit or distraction, no excessive medical claims, just a simple vitamin dosage.The only ingredient that might upset some people is the fact that bovine gelatin has been used to make the capsule lining, so these are NOT suitable for vegetarians. The inclusion of colouring E172 to make the capsules red also seems a little needless, in a minor way.I struggle with swallowing large capsules so I was very pleased with the small size and simplicity of these- they’re very diddy and easy to swallow.
