Thank you.** A: I'm sorry the container is long gone, but I'm sure there was a decent 'use by' date, or I wouldn't have bought it. Really nice oil... **Q: is this organic?** A: No it is not organic but it is just the first cold press of pure rapeseed which is simply pressed and filtered. **Q: How is the smoke after deep frying? I bought another brand and my eyes burn every time we use deep fryer with it, but never burned with other brands.** A: This oil is great for frying, not for a deep fat fryer as it has no anti foaming agent. For deep fat fryer buy rapeseed oil that is suitable, not a cold pressed. I’m owner chef of a restaurant so know what I’m talking about. Get annoyed with bad reviews when people don’t research what type of oils to what. Just because an oil says it’s good for frying, doesn’t mean it’s good for deep fat fryer.
