Bake-O-Glide Delia Online Cake Tin Liner, Silver, 20 cm

Used these multiple times since purchasing. Love them !

I bought this hopefully to save time on measuring and cutting greaseproof paper to line my cake tins. It was ok on first use, a little flimsy and a bit difficult to get it to stay in place. The cake didn’t stick but the liner was difficult to clean and on using second time much less effective. Think I will just use the disposable greaseproof liners in future.

Material made from is good quality, but batter does leak around it. I bought it because I thought it would make baking easier. I wouldn't buy again. I'm going back to lining fully with parchment, as I never had leakage when I used it.

These are really easy to clean I’ll give them that. And I can see how they would be amazing if you have the exact size pan and it’s completely straight edge.However sadly I’ve got sandwich tins that are narrower at the bottom and wider at at the top and getting the liners to stay on and not move around is a nightmare. A lot of hard work and I’ve just started using paper instead again.But like I said, a decent deep cake tin would be great for these.

I wish I’d found bake-o-glide before. It’s so easy to use and beats baking paper/parchment any day.

It takes a little bit of cleaning but that’s all and it worked really well for Christmas cakes.

Does the job even if it does curl round a little too enthusiastically - you can only store it rolled up which keeps the curl in!
