First, don't be put off by the smell - a lot of supplements smell a little funky, and I choose to believe that's because they're made of high-quality ingredients that just happen to have unique odors! HA They don't taste like anything, aren't enormous tablets so they're super easy to swallow, and are an easy ingestion experience. I'm really excited to see the anti-aging impacts of this supplement over time, but my initial experience has mostly been on energy and focus, and so far this is hitting a home run there! I've been MUCH less tired taking these first thing in the AM (empty stomach, as directed), and have felt clearer and more focused throughout the workday. The pills look like little footballs! I took it in a full stomach and caused no stomach pain. and have had no adverse effects. I’m talking this for my skin and energy purposes. I’m excited about the potential on these and I’ll update in a few weeks .

Medium sized pills, comfortable to swallow and help with digestion issues. Mildly cleared up skin as well as helped gut health

First thing I noticed was the smell — it’s a bit strong at first, but that’s pretty common with supplements that use certain ingredients. It didn’t bother me too much after a couple of uses. The capsules are a good size and easy to take, and I haven’t noticed much of an aftertaste. I’ve been taking it in the morning on an empty stomach as suggested. It’s still early, but so far I feel like I have slightly better energy and focus during the day. I’m interested to see how it works over time, especially with continued use.

I could tell as soon as I took these that it was something that was missing. First of all, I felt more awake and focused. I didn’t notice any side effects. It lasted throughout the day. It did help mewith inflammation and pain.

Overall if you don’t get nothing out these pills,you get ENERGY - This is my first time consuming and so far so good- Energy level is great the smell is awful once you open up the pills but itt worth the smell also great for the pocket none expensive
