I originally bought this a while back for my truck, well things happen, and we traded the truck, but I happened to notice the tape was the same width as the door jam in the car. Cars always wear the paint in this area, I wanted to prevent damages to the paint, so I had just enough of this tape left to do one door. I ordered another roll, it works fantastic, the adessive is very good. I cleaned the jam with IPA and measured out what tape I would need and applied it. It works excellent it's a good product; it has a decent price and that means a lot no adays.

It’s more than enough to cover you door jambs.

One of the worst items purchased. The roll came apart and spiraled everywhere. The adhesive was week even tried heating it. Tried to cut it and it chipped in weird angles. Threw away after messing with it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Spend thr extra money for 3M grip tape.

My subaru forester kept getting scratching stepping into and out of the car ,above the rocker .I used this to cover the paint on the sills ,for all four door entrances. It looks great and has held up very durable . I recommend wiping the siil first with rubbing alccohol to remove dirt and grease ,wax etc , before sticking down .

Description says carbon but it’s not it’s just plain black.

Had no problem installing the tape, just washed and dried then used alcohol to wipe it down let it dry and install
