Bought second time. Made a great difference to muscle performance and cramps. Even little high in price still would recommend this natural form.

I play recreational 5 aside football occasionally and sometimes the sessions are 105 minutes instead of 60, finishing at 11:15pm! After doing some research into different types of magnesium supplements, I tried this one out along with a few others. This Magnesium Taurate is the only one that made a significantly noticeable difference! I am so pleased to be able to avoid muscle tightness and sleep disturbing hamstring cramps. I have suffered with these since I was a teenager and the pain is normally excruciating! I can now play evening football again and this has also had a positive affect on my acro yoga, improving my flexibility and heling me increase stability :-)

I took these for sleep, anxiety and ibs -c for the laxative side effect. I do suffer with indigestion /acid reflux. Sadly these didn't agree with me. I've used magnesium before so knew I'd be ok but obviously with magnesium taurate. I had high hopes but these just didn't suit me. I had terrible heartburn for 3 days solid, I took these for 4 days. I came of them for a day and all was OK I was back to normal. I started back on them to see if it was really these causing the tight chest. Sadly it started up again so definitely don't suit me. A waste of money I don't actually have but was desperate to try something and with all the great reviews I thought was worth a try. I'm not saying this is not a good brand they just didn't suit me. Back to the drawing board.

After a few weeks, I no longer had achy muscles and bones all over, which started during the menopause. I had been waking up feeling about 80 years old and have tried stretching and movements before bed and nothing else helped. The only thing I have changed these last few weeks is taking these magnesium taurate tablets, so they really have been pretty miraculous and I feel young again!! I have also given them to my son as I have read it can help with Tourettes symptoms! He now has far less tics and his teacher said he is calmer in class! Amazing results and especially as conventional medicine has no real answers for it !

These were recommended to me as I'd been suffering from leg cramps and spasms for months. Since taken them, I haven't had any real problems so I'd say they were pretty effective. I'd tried a few other things up until recently including a magnesium spray with no real benefit. So I'm going to stick with the Magnesium Taurate. The capsules are expensive, but very easy to swallow and - if something is working for you - then it's got to be worth it!

I have been using this product for 3 years - the idea to help leg cramps. Taurate specifically was recommended by my sports trainer. The cramps have definitely diminished but not certain it can be attributed solely to the Magnesium Taurate tablets.
