Great!
Love this! My only complaint is the gps can get a bit laggy sometimes. I think it gets laggy when my phone signal isn’t the greatest, but other than that it works great! The company also responds pretty fast! I emailed them to change my opening screen and they were very fast with responses.

Stereo Quit Working
I purchased this radio in December 2022 and it quit working 6 months later. I originally gave it one star because it broke but have changed it to 4 stars because of the customer service I received. The seller tried to assist me with resetting the radio but unfortunately that didn’t work. However, they did send me a brand new radio and their communications with me were superb. I hope the new radio last longer than the previous but I can’t complain about the seller.

Works well
No problems installing it, and calls are easily heard. I love the actual knob so I’m not fiddling with touch controls when I’m driving and need to just turn it off or turn it down. The audio sounded tinny until I got into the equalizer and adjusted it, so make sure you do that before you get upset with sound quality.

2004 Ford F150
I wanted to being my old ford into the current era and be able to access Android Auto. I had to buy a wiring harness (Metra Electronics 70-5520 Wiring Harness for Select 2003-Up Ford Vehicles, MULTI COLOR) and a double din mount (Metra 95-5812 Double DIN Installation Kit for Select 2004-up Ford Vehicles -Black) to complete the install. Both were around $10 each so not a big deal. Installation was easy. Make sure you have around 10 of your preferred wire connectors on hand. The wire colors and instructions make it easy. Overall, this is a great unit. I also wanted to customize the boot up logo to be a Ford logo, so I contacted the seller. They were quick to communicate and sent me the file to upload to the unit. Overall, great customer support.

Cheap...
For the first month or so I enjoyed this. But after use over time I have grown to dislike this product and here are a few key reasons. When you put in a SD card or a USB drive with music on it the radio seems to sort the songs and albums at random, so if you're like me and you have your library set up a certain way that worked with the default radio and every other system you won't be able to use it here as it will seemingly randomize everything. There appears to be static interference with the Bluetooth on this radio as I've noticed that you can hear the FM station that you were last on when connected to Bluetooth through your phone. I've noticed recently that for no reason the radio will sometimes just completely turn off and restart, sometimes it doesn't even restart instead I will have to actually turn my car off and back on again in order to get the radio to turn back on. This radio does offer a steering wheel program feature allowing to use a built-in radio remote in my case I have a Kia Soul with a remote built into my steering wheel, but for some reason it randomly changes the buttons and I have to go in and manually reprogram it every time I start the car. The screen itself is decent however if a scene is too dark or too light the colors do not work very well there is a lack of clarity when too much is going on at the same time as well as the fact that unless you are mirroring your phone having to manually add videos to a USB drive gets tedious. I've checked the wiring multiple times to make sure there are no shorts or other issues but there is a audible hiss with this radio even if you have your music paused. To add photos and use them as backgrounds or your logo for when the radio turns on you have to email the company and wait for a response so they can send you a file to reprogram the entire radio rather than just being able to select a file that you've put on a USB or SD card and use it. All in all when I first got this radio I was happy with its powerful bass as well as the touchscreens response in some cases, but I'm starting to see that you get what you pay for and in all honesty this radio will get the job done if you need something quick and easy, however if you're looking for a long time radio that you won't have to replace again I would look elsewhere and spend a little bit more money.Oh and before I forget the company itself will email you about leaving them a five-star review and even offer to give you a $20 refund to do so. Something I don't feel is needed if your product is good enough.
