Is this to apply on hair or scalp ?

Apply the ampoule to slightly damp hair and then massage into the scalp and do not rinse.

How do you open them..without getting glass everywhere

I use scissors where it is marked and then I use a secure napkin at the bottom and on top and I force it to separate very calmly because it is already marked where it breaks to open
