5 Star Archive Boxes with Lids and Handles (10 Pack), 321x392x291mm Red/White Storage Box Strong Cardboard Storage Solution

I have just taken delivery of a pack of ten of these boxes, and I have to say, I am very pleased with them. I have been sorting out some of my books, and I wanted a neat and cost effective way of storing them (and packaging some to go to a boot fair). These boxes fit the bill admirably. They are a good size, easy to assemble and seem very strong. I've packed 35 paperbacks in one, and could get in a few more, but didn't want to make it too heavy for me to lift easily; and have fitted a dozen very thick hardbacks in another. Again, I could get more hardbacks in but was watching the weight! They are also quite attractive and will help keep books clean and neat when I store them away. Altogether a good buy - recommended.

I have bought these several times for my clients to store paperwork and lever arch files etc and now have used a pack of them to pack up belongings to move house. I am amazed at the weight they can handle and the size and shape seem to fit everything perfectly, A4 Lever Arch one way and foolscap the other, cds I had three rows and numerous columns, the handles have never ripped even under extreme load like other brands I have tried just with minimal weight in. They were a good price and I am very happy with them. It is so nice to get something that does what it is supposed to with no fuss or bother. Easily assembled, you can write on them clearly and they fit exactly what they are for a definite 5*

It’s amazing how strong these boxes are. They’re really easy & fast to assemble (from flat pack), they’re light and don’t feel as robust as 5 star boxes of the past (I’ve had the early ones for 21yrs) . But they are - provided you fill them equally & lift them uniformly & never kneel or sit on them! A really cheap way of organising storage.

These are business-grade, reusable boxes which can be folded up and stored as needed and redeployed several times. They are strong enough to hold over twenty-five pounds of books each,yet easy to carry. Each box has instructions for the clever orgami-like construction printed on the bottom; they are pretty much idiot-proof even for one as challenged by such as I. If you are moving house or office and need solid boxes for removal and storage, these are well worth the investment. The delivery response was very businesslike; on one occasion I had these at s/r w/in 36 hours. We used over fifty of these recently to move a professional academic library and had zero failures.

So happy to find that these are suitable for moving books, of which I had a large quantity. Easy to assemble once you've got the hang of it, and no tape required. Stood up to heavy books which was a relief. Useful carrying handles and the lids mean they're stackable. Very pleased and will be buying again.

Speedy delivery and good value.

These are a tremendous storage box for a range of items. They are very easily assembled, have an extremely sturdy base and no need for any adhesive tape whatsoever. This is my second batch of 10 that I’ve bought and will probably order a third. I am using them to store personal household items as we’re moving house and they are very manageable. They have two handle holds to assist with lifting and can easily be stored on top of one another. I won’t hesitate in buying these again.

Déception à la réception vu que je m'attendais à du papier listing, mais retourner le même jour au final, il semblerai que ces boites de rangements soit pratique et grande pour bien classer et faire de la place.

Ich hatte mir schon überlegt, ob ich überhaupt 2 Sterne geben sollte, denn die Boxen halten nicht was sie versprechen. Schon der Zusammenbau war fummelig. Zunächst orientierte ich mich an der Beschreibung und bin schon daran gescheitert. Als bekennender Ikea-Fan sollte das Zusammfalten einer solchen Box für mich theoretisch kein Problem darstellen. Nach meinem missglückten Versuch mich an der Beschreibung zu orientieren, half mein logischer Verstand. Beschreibung also ignorieren, dann funktioniert es ;) Als ich dann die Ordner hochkannt hineinstellte, war ich schon enttäuscht, denn der Deckel passt dann nicht richtig oben drauf. Er schwebt ein wenig darüber. Abhilfe hätte geschaffen, wenn die Kartons nur 2 cm höher wären. Wenn man dann 5 volle Ordner hineinstellt und den Karton transportiert hat, fängt sich der Karton ordentlich an den Außenseiten an zu wölben. Da der Deckel ja nicht richtig aufliegt, bringt die Oberseite natürlich keine Stabilität rein. Man müsste nun schon mit Klebeband hantieren, damit der Karton weniger instabil wird. Für mein Archiv dürfte es gerade so ausreichen, aber zufrieden ist was anderes. Künftig werde ich mich nach Kunststoff-Versionen umsehen.
