ULTRA Fishing Landing Net and Unhooking Mat

Landing net and handle were a one piece folding unit , ok for first time anglers

Looks good have not used yet

Little difficult to put up net but sturdy enough when assembled.Landed some medium size Carp and Bream so performance isn't to bad for the price

I have been after a fish care mat for a while now and my landing net is well smelly and starting to get a few holes so I was delighted when I found this duo. And all for less than the price of one of these items elsewhere.The landing net is a decent quality net on a reasonable stick with a head size that will suit anything other than a specimin carp / pike angler. The pole extends far enough to make it usable in 99.9% of bank situations. The net and pole are one piece so If you are just after a net head this will be letdown.The fish care mat is everything that it should be (waterproof, padded etc) and comes with straps for weighing your catch and presumably they will work when returning bigger fish as well. There is a pocket in the mat that cant be to store stuff in so I'm guessing its to scoop water up to wet the mat before use so your fish can be a comfortable as possible while you unhook it.Superb quality for the price. I'm well chuffed.

I use this landing net while on my kayak. Easy to assemble and a perfect size shaft(which is variable) . Quality is good and excellent value for money.

Great net which folds away really small. I thought the mat felt a bit cheap though
