Growth within a month!
Obviously its unflavoured as advertised, therefore I’d recommend taking it with juice or with another caffeine pre workout to add flavour to it. Within the first month you definitely see growth in your muscle and you gain a lot of strength. I’ve been using this product for nearly a year and I’ve never used anything better. Definitely the creatine to use if you’re looking for results 👍🏻
