It never came with a string to support the weight. I used a strap to tie it around the seat. The zip broke when I unzipped it for the 1st time. I probably installed it incorrectly, apparently you're only meant to use one pair of the velcro on the back of it to hold it against the headrest depending on the height you choose. But it's very sturdy, I put a 2l milk bottle on it and it was solid. Even when I press down on it, it hardly budges which is impressive considering its only velcro. Can zip it up when not in use and has storage for a phone and any other flat items.For the price and practicality definitely worth buying.
