MY hands are becoming so arthritic I feared I would have to give up my beloved gardening. Digging with a trowel was impossible. I have tried all sorts of glucosamine - no good. A friend suggested this........ I thought anything is worth a go. Within three days I have been planting out all my plants using a trowel and hand fork. I can hardly believe the change. I purchased this item because it was recommended by a good friend. I still have pain in the knee joint in it was meant for and was taken very religiously and seriously but to no effect.

I did not find any benefit from this product, maybe it's not suitable for my problems.
