I have tried every setting combo possible and have given it 3 days of use with poor results. For some reason it doesn't pick up the barks, my dog can go crazy at the doorbell going off and it does nothing.My advice is save yourself some money and buy one with a remote.

My musts: NO shock functionality, rechargeable, easy to use. These 100% fit the bill! We have three dogs. One NEVER barks (she's a dream!), and the other two are small dogs who very quickly become "yappers" and enjoy the thrill of who can scream the loudest as they zoom outside to our fenced yard see what's going on in the world. There's a continual flow of motorized vehicles going past, which by absolutely set our youngest dog off. If anything was driving past, he would bolt out the door to do his business, yelling at the top of his lungs - just so everyone would hear him. UGH. I went in with the lowest of expectations, but much to my surprise, this collar stopped his barking on the lowest setting. After the first 2-3 days we rarely even put the collar on him any more. He now pays attention to our verbal cues and just sits and watches as the cars pass by.If you have a dog that has self control issues when barking and paying attention, it can be a great aid to remind them that uncontrolled barking is not appropriate behavior. We like to provide BIG praise when they don't bark and also when they are immediately quiet after a correction occurs. Work great, long battery life

I am disappointed with the collar, as it is too big for my 2 year old cockapoo, even when on the tightest possible fitting. Also due to being on this fitting, it does not stay under his jaw.

Good collar for sending bleep but for citronella spray it don't work as my dogs are fluffy and I did cut around neck short. But they don't like bleep

Worked for about 2 days. My Patterdale just learnt to let it spray her and she just ignored it. It didn’t always detect the barking unless the collar was so tight it would have been uncomfortable for her. I had such high hopes as her barking is relentless but ultimately it didn’t work.

It works! I have brought so many different products I could open a shop. I see this and I thought I'd give it a try, it was abit pricey but I was at my witts end with the barking. It works for my dog he is like a different dog. Wish I had tried this ages ago. He wares it in the day and I take off at night. It's brilliant thumbs up for me

Initially it seemed to do its job, even though it only lasts 20 barks which is nothing for a dog with a problem, but I refilled at breakfast and lunch. It calmed her down. After about a fortnight, she was barking more and I thought she was getting used to it. I then saw the battery was flat so charged it, although I was sure I'd done it the weekend. By the time I realised the battery was faulty, it was past its return date. I now keep it on charge and only put it on when I go out as it lasts for about an hour and that does break any hysterical initial barking for awhile. I'll have to order another, but a different make. Having a giant dog is challenging though to find one that fits.

I bought a reconditioned collar for my Wire Fox Terrier, but it looked as new in the packaging. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all. It charges fine and I can fill it with the spray with no problems but it just doesn’t activate when my dog barks (and J have followed the instructions to the letter).Sadly I’ve been in hospital with cancer so I’ve missed the Return Window. I’m hoping someone from Customer Support will read this and be kind enough to replace this with a working one…

Does need to be charged each day but it charges very quickly. You need to make sure it's off when you charge it.

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now. It is very unreliable. Firstly, it is advertised to fit necks 8” and up. My dog wears a 10” collar so theoretically it should adjust to fit him snugly. It is as tight as it will go and it is still too loose IMO. This may have something to do with its unreliability. It doesn’t always beep when he barks and it rarely sends the citronella correction. I purchased it because of the warning tone prior to the correction but as it rarely delivers the correction, the warning is pointless. It was the most expensive of all the auto citronella collars and the only one I found that had a warning before the correction. Save your money .. look for an alternative option, and if you find one, let me know.

We wanted to like this collar. We had previously had one years ago for a Mini-Aussie, which worked exactly as we had hoped at that time. Unfortunately, we gave away the collar after we no longer had the Mini; fast forward 10 years and we now have a 1+ year old Pug that has one of the highest pitched yips of any dog we've ever had, which we cannot stop/control We had hoped this collar would work similarly, but, for us, it does not. The husband, who is a technical genius, tried and tried (as did I), but none of the settings would spray when our Pug would 'do his thing.' So, this collar is being returned and we're hoping to find another product that works for us and our Pug.

This collar was recommended by my dog groomer. We tried a shock collar but that did not work well, if at all and it made us feel badly for my dog. We were apprehensive when we purchased this, but it worked immediately and we are no longer getting Any complaints about barking from my neighbors. It sprays a very pleasant citronella lemon type smell which the dog hates. Highly effective, well made, durable. If your dog is barking and annoying the neighbors. I strongly recommend you consider this collar.
