As everyone who uses CPAP should know, mail order pharmacies and aftermarket companies with automatic delivery will rip you off every time, frequently over-supplying you with stuff you do not need in order to milk your insurance company. Not me. I am so glad I went to Amazon and started ordering for myself. I have tried a couple of different brands and I can say without hesitation that this company, Medihealer, is absolutely great. Fantastic products that fit right and work right. Worth every single penny. Highly recommended!

Decent quality very adjustable

Affordable and had my size nasal tips. The only slight issue would be that the mask hose doesn’t stay. In the home base hose. I just added a rubber band and made it slightly tighter. Works like a champ. Definitely worth the price for the value. Highly recommend.

Perfect fit, exactly what I needed. You do need to change these things out from time to time to avoid getting any kind of an infection. And Amazon seems to be the place to get them because they're less expensive on Amazon than if I were to submit them to my insurance company.

Works great with my husband‘s CPAP came with three packs each one not quite as good as original from Dr, but still works three or four months at a time

Do not buy this. I repeat - DO NOT BUY THIS. A) It's different material; less flexible than the original, it will wear down even if it didn't B) Leak everywhere. The mesh has a much higher flow-through rate, is noticeably louder, and doesn't allow for a proper seal. Both the connection swivel point at the climateline side as well as the mesh leak to the degree that I guarantee, you will get bad-fit warnings every morning and feel tired. C) It's shorter by about 50% compared to an actual Resmed tube. Do not buy this. The headgear is worse, the tube will leak, and you will feel tired in the morning. I've woken up with headaches both nights I tried to make this work, it is not worth it. Just buy from one of the reputable sites online and buy actual Resmed tubing, not this garbage.

For years I had just one and cleaned it often. Now I've tried this OEM and I'm very happy.

It comes with no nasal pillow. My nasal pillows don't fit this The elastic band is flimsy and probably won't last long
