**Q: Is this too advanced for a 4 year old (only just 4)? Thank you**
A: This item states it is for a child of 8. It would really depend on the child's manipulative skills, how much help they receive from an adult and how you want the finished item to look. 
A 4year old would probably take everything out of the packet and just start cutting if they could use a scissors.

A very pretty card making starter kit. Very girly in presentation and content. A lovely gift. My daughter (age 5) has really enjoyed making the cards and they provide suggested templates to follow which are helpful to follow if your child likes to copy something to get started rather than go straight for freestyle! I'd buy another as really like the designs too.
