i used this peptolase with vinclasse wine enzyme to brew wine from apples. This was the first time i tried it and the wine turn out great. Very good product.

Needed this for Homemade Country wine
Not really much to say other than delivery was quick and it appears to have done what it says on the tub. The directions on the tub are very handy and you don't have to go looking for that wine recipe in that book you had somewhere at sometime.

This item seems to activate the brew very well. It has only been fermenting for a short period and so the proof will be in the final completion.
