Recently bought a machine (Cosori) that amongst other functions included a sous vide function. My son who is a sous vide nut, has two proper sous vide machines (Anova) with all the other bits and bobs that are needed, but I was hesitant to purchase a vacuum sealer and bags before I knew that the machine worked as well as the proper ones. My son showed me how to lower the bags (I had some ziplock food bags) into the water to get the air out and we tested the machine. Well it worked fine. So I ordered these as they were ziplock type and reasonably priced compared to most! They appear to be very sturdy. Come in two sizes. They worked very well as sous vide bags. I don’t know yet if I will get full use out of the machine so still reluctant to purchase a vacuum sealer, but would definitely recommend these bags.

Excellent value for money - I first bought these 18 months ago, and have used them hard since then for dry storage, wet storage, freezer storage, and too many other uses to list. I've never had a leak. They've been washed, dried and reused many, many times, and only now one or two are starting to split along the zip edge. Highly recommend, and I'm happily buying another box.

Exactly what I needed. Strong and because they are different sizes I had a choice. I use them for baby clothes I have knitted for charity. Depending on what you have in them they can be reused too.

These bags are well made with the right thickness/strength of material for durability and the sealing/closing mechanism works perfectly and to cap it all, they are great value for money and I’m really pleased that on my searches I came across them. I’m also using them as freezer bags and they are absolutely fine for this purpose too.

Absolutely awful. Thought they were great at first but most are now in the bin . Would have been in the bin a couple months ago but I kept forgetting to get more. Bags have either split along the seal , split at the sides or the plastic thing that seals them has come off

At this time of year I stock up the freezer with surplus fruit and veg from the garden. I like to use big bags so that I can easily get out the amount I need and then reseal. I also make fruit crumbles and similar type puddings in foil dishes which need large bags and they go into the freezer and come out for much appreciated Christmas presents. I wrap them in cling film first and so I can save a nice clean bag for another day.
