I bought this vitamin pack because there is AMD in my family and I want to safeguard my eyes and general health as much as I can within our current knowledge.There is some evidence that the use of Krill oil, Xeaxanthin and Bilberry may help eye health, and these are contained in a small red capsule which is easy to take. The rest of the vitamins and minerals, 23 of them, are contained in a slim yellow tablet, also easy to swallow.The vitamins arrived super-fast and are priced a little cheaper than Boots, so if you have Amazon Prime it's a small saving on a quality product.I've been taking them for two months now and after about ten days I began to feel more energetic. My skin looks very clear and my hair so soft and shiny that people keep asking me what I've done to it. Also I'm sure my eyesight is sharper generally. I left a week's gap between buying a second pack and quite definitely felt the loss of them. The long-term effects cannot possibly be assessed just yet, but I'm pleased with these supplements.

Having used these now for a couple of weeks I'm unsure just how good they are in comparison to my usual ICaps. Normally once I start noticing symptoms of obvious night blindness, I would take a single ICap and the following night notice a dramatic improvement. Plus I never had any issues swallowing them.With these, I ran into a rather scary and frustrating problem from the outset with the red pills (the important Omega 3 & Krill oil capsules which provide the specific supplement nutrients for vision) - despite being capsules every single time I took one, it got stuck in my throat somewhere causing intense pain for ages before I'd finally manage to get them properly swallowed. So I had to give up taking them. And as they're the capsules containing the particular important vision supplements it meant I really couldn't then fully assess the overall efficacy of both pills as a unit. The claims are certainly encouraging and if you can manage to swallow pills easily (these are the first ones I've ever had any issue with) then they're certainly worth looking at.What I would say is that the price is good as if you were to buy the separate vitamins it wouldn't be any cheaper. But unfortunately it looks like I'll just have to stick to the ICaps for the foreseeable. :(

Bought this more my father who has glaucoma for over 3 years. His eye pressure has always been in the 20s and has to go for regular check ups. The doctor insists he should have an operation to help relieve pressure as the laser surgery has not reduced it enough. He took this vitabotics max for two months and his eye pressure has gone down to 13 and 16 for the first time in years. He also says he has improved vision. This product has worked miracles for him as he has tried numerous eye drops to reduce pressure. I am also taking these as i have high pressure but not diagnosed with glucoma. This should hopefully prevent it.

I was prescribed some eye drops by the optician (dry eyes after pregnancy), but I thought why aren't they suggesting me to take vitamins. So I ordered these because I believe that healing internally is better than applying stuff on top. And soon after taking these, my eyes became clear and not itchy anymore. I finished the whole course and I see the difference that I need to order more :)
