If this and milton lloyd are the same why is this called utc?

UTC stands for United Toiletries Company. It's written on the bottom of some ML boxes.

What is the difference between the utc vogue and the milton lloyd vogue??? they both have exactly the same packaging but different prices. odd!

Sorry - I have only ever used the Milton Lloyd Vogue, so know nothing about the UTC Vogue. I have noticed, however, that each time I order the ML Vogue, the price increases.

Does anyone know what this is a copy of?

When I first bought this a number of years ago, I was told it was a copy of Chanel No.5 It does not smell at all like Chanel, which I use in the evenings. But...... Vogue has a lovely smell of it own, and I use it daily and get a lot of compliments.
