THIS PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME, HOWEVER, THE PROJECTOR IS FAULTY! I HAVE CHASED NUMEROUS TIMES THROUGH AMAZON WHO ARE TOTALLY INCAPABLE OF HELPING ME. THEY HAVE SENT 2 TECHNICIANS WHO DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF INSTALLATION. NEWBLUE NEED TO BE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AMAZON HAVE CAUSED AS IT DOES NOT REFLECT WELL ON THEIR FUTURE SALES
