Number one defence against mosquitos!
Always buy these before going on my holidays, we used these in trips to Turkey, Vietnam and Cambodia. Happy to report no mosquito bites, other travellers were savaged by them. My partner got a really bad mosquito bite a few years ago in turkey which regularly gets reinfected. No issues on recent trips. We generally take these about 3 weeks before we go and then each day we are out. Just ordered another packet for this years trips! Update 2023: I recommended these to a friend visiting Connecticut USA this summer for a sports tournament, he came home after his first trip with large red welts on his leg where he had been bitten by flies. He had to return a month later by which time he had bought these tablets on my recommendation and took them before and during his trip, he text me when he landed back home to tell me he'd gone 10 days with no bites and attributed this to the tablets.

Mückenschutz :Bis jetzt bin ich ungestochen
Ich nehme jeden Tag eine dieser Tabletten. Sogar wenn Mücken schon am anfangen sind mit den Stechvorbereitungen, brechen die angeekelt ? ab. Jedenfalls scheint es mir so, dass die Mücken trotz Landung deshalb nicht stechen. Eine Tablette enthält das hundertfache der üblichen Vitamindosierung. Nebenwirkungen: Meine depressive Stimmung ist weg ( könnte auch daran liegen dass ich mich trotz Stechmücken raustraue). Nicht so schön ist, dass der Schweiss als auch Urin komisch anders riecht. wikipedia schreibt über Thiamin :"In Südamerika wird häufig Thiamingabe vor Reisen in das Amazonasgebiet als Abwehr gegen Moskitos eingesetzt, da die Mücken den Geruch ablehnen würden. Die Schutzwirkung ist individuell verschieden und wird von zahlreichen Autoren angezweifelt." Bei mir funktionert es aber..
