What is the luggage rack weight capacity?

For the bottom shelf, we tested a weight of 220 pounds For the top nylon straps, we placed a weight close to 180 lbs For the top nylon strap and the two sides of the bars, we tested 220 lbs. Through the above experiments, the luggage rack works well This shows that our luggage rack is very strudy. THIRD RATED QUALITY ITEM SUPPLIES

I was shocked when i opened the packing. The wooden finish was pathetic, not even smooth, painting is yet to dry, damaged pieces, third rated quality and finish. Web page pictures shows it like a imported oak finish wood, How did they manage to get Rating above 4 is surprising. I wont take it even if it is offered as free item. Very much disappointed, I hardly write reviews in Amazon but i wanted to write review for this item since it is so bad and THIRD RATED.
