A: Thanks for your question. Even though the AMBEO Sub has a mono-RCA input, it is not designed to be used with any other soundbar or speaker, other than the Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar Plus or AMBEO Soundbar Max.

**Q: Can the sub be used with ambeo max or just the plus?**
A: In terms of wirelessly connecting the sub to the Ambeo MAX, I am not 100% sure on that, but the Ambeo MAX does have a RCA connection which can be used to do a wired connection to the Ambeo Sub.

### ⭐ Do not buy - nothing but issues with two separate subwoofers

Bought this item once before the Super Bowl and had an issue with popping/crackling at slightly higher than normal volumes. Figured it was a one-off issue considering the price so returned it and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, once the replacement came in, I noticed the same issue but was considering putting up with it since it'd be used at normal volume 90% of the time. However, I recently noticed there was no bass when watching tv and I realized it's no longer connecting to the soundbar so it's essentially useless. I read reviews where this same issue happened with other buyers so I should have taken their advice and not purchased this but I didn't. If you're reading this and are on the fence, I'd look elsewhere.
