I choose the belt a bit smaller so that can be tighter on my waist. If too loose, cell phone or keys might easy slip out since the pocket don't have zipper. Wearing black legging pants this just looks like a flip over waist band, simply slip on like a underwear to hold my stuff. If you are traveling, it can be worn under your shirt to hide belongings by intention, not being too obvious. This is high quality elastic comfortable material slim running belt could help me carry items when workout and running at ease.

I use the belt on longer runs to put my phone in to free up holding it. I also use it when I have run half marathon and it is nice to hold gel packs and have easy access to them while running.

As a runner i find this product exactly what i expected. The belt fits snug around the waist, i might even say a little tighter then i expected, which could be a good or a bad thing, so keep that in mind when you are looking at sizes as i am a 32 waist and got a medium but the product fits SNUG. I do wish the product had maybe a zipper pocket instead of just the open pouch although that is probably why they chose to go with a tighter fit to prevent your phone or keys from slipping out. I found that when running the phone sits snug against my back or stomach, keys however can be a little tricky getting a comfortable rest against my body as i found for me personally i have to remove the fob from the rest of my keys for comfortability but that could just be me. I would definitely recommend this product for the casual runner looking for something to hold their items.

I love this running belt. The fabric is substantial, soft, stretchy and breathable, and the best part it has no buckles or Velcro to irritate my skin, and I just slip it on like putting on underwear. It is high quality fabric and is made very well and stays in place. Plenty of slots for carrying what you need while out and about.The size chart can be a bit confusing due to it fitting different depending on your gender. Size comparison for me: I am female, 5' 3" 150 lbs full figured hourglass shape. The large fit perfectly snug to my hips low waist location without being too loose, especially since I am at the lower side of the weight chart for large for proper fit. The final bonus for this belt is I use it for my conceal carry in combo with my sticky holster and it stays safe and secure. No bulky look under clothes at all. Great find for women who want comfort when carrying. I highly recommend and will buy more of these for sure.

The description is accurate - it IS super elastic - but I sure wish it came larger than S-M-L. I ordered the L (and I knew it might not work once I got it but took a chance) Fair disclosure - I did not check the detailed sizing chart - I just ordered the largest size. NOW that I look at the sizing chart - of course it didn't fit - I haven't had a 26 inch waist in about 30 years :) So - not their fault. I'll pass it on to a friend eventually.I can tell it would be great if I could fit in it. I'll have to stick with a fanny pack for now. Moral of the story - DO read the sizing charts!

I'll use this daily as I live in a city where I walk everywhere and every day. I love it. Some notes...this is not a fashion item, meaning it's not a pretty thing. But this for running or anything hands free to carry keys, phones, cards or glasses. A+++ for that! You can literally tuck items at 360 around you body and hide under a hoodie, which is a dream to me. Today I carried a phone, keys, debit card and reading glasses in a case so comfortably and easily without concern that they would fall out.It WILL roll up if you don't a lot up stuff in it, but that just physics. You can wear either really high on your rib cage or slung low on you hips (me). I am not a big person and I order a large, so runs small I think.

Fit well even though I am 200 lbs current and it said it didn't go that high for weight. No issue with it falling or rolling do far. I have only been for slow walks as I am just a few weeks post partum but I hope to update once I start running again.

I frequently wear stretchy bands like this one to store my insulin pump and/or phone when participating in athletic activities or when my clothing doesn't have pockets. This one is different because of the ventilation holes (see pics). It is also extremely comfortable. I wore it while coaching a baseball practice, which required tons of movement - bending, throwing, running, etc. It stayed in place, which most of my other bands do not - they ride up. I will continue wearing this in a variety of conditions to test its durability.
