It arrived sooner than expected and works great!

It keeps dropping off the wifi network and requires a router reboot
I do not have time to reboot my router for the sole purpose of printing 2 or 3 pages. It just started doing this a month ago. The cartridges are extremely expensive as well. I hate this printer.

Not sure this item is not refurbished?
Frequent paper jams experienced.Certainly cannot print front and back.I do use the recommended weight and type of paper.Is not what I expected- especially for the price !
