It’s too early to tell. But mixing it in your coffee has no after taste. Don’t even know it’s there. I will be getting more. It takes time for this to work.

Does not dissolve completely in coffee
Little disappointed that it does not dissolve all the way in my coffee like other brands I’ve tried. It leaves little clumps you have to smash up.
