Kingdom Hearts 1.5: Standard Edition (PS3)

I remember when this game first came out I was unsure about it but as it was by the creators of Final Fantasy I'd have ago - I'm so glad I did. It's a charming game full of characters that you love from both final fantasy and disney. It features the first KH game Final mix, Re:Code and just the movie of 358/2 Days.KH:FMI would say the only major problem I have with the 'HD' of the game is the new manual control ability of the camera, it can be a nightmare, for trying to do little things such as jumping platforms or in fights where quick movement is needed it can be distracting making the game at times feel really slow and rougher then it should be. However the visuals, added content, secret bosses and items really make up for that single problemKH: ReI would say this game isn't as magical as the first one, but is needed to help understand key plot points that would be lost if the player jumped straight to KH2. The game play is a little, distracting and i find makes the game less enjoyable. You need to collect cards to move through selected areas, to battle, to do pretty much anything in this game. All I can say is this game takes time and planning especially big battles however it does help to introduce new concepts, characters and gameplay that is seen in some of the later games. While not the best sequel to the original it is worth playing and once you get used to the game play it can be really fun...KH:358/2daysOh my... this is the best way to have this game I must say, just watch the cut scenes without having to try and play it. I would suggest watching it in small sections rather then in one sitting, with lovely visuals it helps add more into the mythology that is organisation 13 and the future Kingdom Hearts games. I must say I am so glad I didn't have to play this game to get the movie, it does seem a little disappointing that there was really nothing else to this - no extras to sitting and watching it, you kind of hope for something a secret trailer to a future game (KH3 or FF 14) or something,Over all the two games are great, the visuals pretty and it brings back childhoods for many of us, I am looking forward to KH 2.5 and plan on getting it especially it if looks as good as the first one

So far I've played 7 Hours of this game, and every second has been an nostalgic joy.Admittedly I hadn't completed the game before, so there's a lot more than cheerful nostalgia going here. Why so?1) Everything from the music to the gameplay and cutscene visuals are gorgeously luscious and sharp. (Absolutely loved the cutscene at the beginning +the music is crystal clear)2) It's Intimate story personally keeps you engaged with Sora's story. RPG elements are fun, untedious and different worlds are detailed and diverse.3) Gameplay overall is simple, yet addictive and fun. Playing it on proud mode though is quite a challenge, though putting through the effort is gratifying.Criticisms: Most of these can be overlooked. People complain about the camera, I can see why, - instead of problematic I would class it as a challenge being unable to look behind you in the middle of a fight in a first person kind of way. Some World environments can look outdated and the Gummi ship definitley is. I hardly care, I'm appreciating everything else too much not too. They are minor and very easy to ignore.Overall I rate this game as outstanding, reason why I bought it over GTA 5 was for the story. If your new to the series, I suggest you get on the ride to see what it's all about, you won't regret it. Be prepared for an emotional journey. For those familiar, this is a definite must buy! I'd say it's worth the price, but if you wish to wait do so, as long as you buy it ( It's gonna be a long wait till KH3). I'm urgently waiting for 2.5 to come out and I hope It come out much more crisper and surprising than it's predecessor. Personally I hope they put in Dream drop distance in there, I dont care for coded, cut scenes shall suffice for it. Otherwise we ps3 users will always be missing that KH3 prequel.

Well, i've played KH:BBS (Birth by sleep) as my First kingdom hearts game, which ever since then i've gotten into the series, although i've watched a playthrough of KH1 and KH2 before i ever played any of the series. I could go on into much detail, but its more a experience to enjoy for yourself.Pros:Looks beautiful on HD in PS3SE made effort for most details in the game, using the Final Mix as a base.Its perfect to catch up with the story so far.Cons:It would of been nicer if they used the enemy HP bar from KH2 in KH1 FM. KH:RECOM has the HP bar which is easy to see.Maybe the could of added modern extras to either KH1 or KH:RECOM even some new gear or summons from recent disney franchises which Noyama has permission for.But i can't wait for KH 2.5 to come out soon

Mais attention, la version envoyée est de la collection "Essentials", avec cadre rouge, contrairement à la photo !Peut être embêtant pour les collectionneurs.

Finalmente un collection hd degna di nota. Il gioco è una pietra miliare della scorsa generazione di consolle, riproposto in una veste grafica in hd ben progettata. Consigliato non solo ai nuovi videogiocarori che si sono lasciati sfuggire la saga creata per ps2 ma anche chi, un tempo, si era immerso nel fantastico mondo di Sora, paperino, Pippo e company. Ne uscirete sicuramente affascinati. Ritornando sul prodotto è da ricordare che il porting contiene il capostipide KH come uscì in Giappone, quindi con contenuti in più rispetto alla versione europa (i contenuti scopriteli piacevolmente voi), KH RE:chain of memories, un gioco basato sul card sistem e infine il "film" (solo filmati in hd) di KH 358/2 day. Inoltre il gioco anche se in versione Regno Unito, sarà completamente sottotitolato in italiano (caratteristica molto importante visto che è più economica che ci sia). Ricordo che anche la versione italiana non ha mai avuto il parlato del Bel Paese.Per quando riguarda il servizio di spedizione: impeccabile come al solito. È arrivato esattamente al giorno indicato.

Qué decir de este juegazo?ya lo jugué en su época en ps2 y creo que esta edición a este precio merece mucho la pena, además incluye el chain of memories con un retocado gráfico increíble. Recomendadísimo

Ich habe Kingdom Hearts damals schon auf der Playstation 2 gespielt sowie die GBA - Version von Chain of Memories ebenfalls 358/2 Days auf dem Nintendo Ds. Nun da ich meine Playstation 2 nicht mehr habe da ich sie damals auf die Playstation 3 geupdated habe wollte ich unbedingt wieder das gute alte Kingdom Hearts spielen. Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ist super. Der gute alte erste Teil sowie die auf Playstation 3 portierte fassung von Chain of Memories einfach wunderbar und super umgesetzt.
