Expensive but well worth it.
It arrived yesterday and to test it I cooked spaghetti bolognese which needs to simmer for a long time. The temperature control is very accurate and responsive. The fan is unobtrusive and I am sure in a little while I will master the various settings. Talking of which, it is possible to use the app but will require a lot of patience with the installation. It took me ages but in the end I succeeded in loading the app and registering the product. I warmed some milk using the app and it worked perfectly. However, how useful this extra facility will turn out to be remains to be seen. Having read some reviews of less expensive hobs when simmering was achieved by turning the power on and off at regular intervals, this product maintains a constant temperature throughout, which is what I was looking for.The hob arrived well packaged and appears to be of a very high quality which is what I would expect at this price range. The Tokit hob is very easy to clean and store away when not required. To conclude, although it's early days, I am very impressed indeed and it has exceeded my expectations.Take care.Update 14th December 2022.Very pleased I bought this hob. I actually look forward to using it every day. It is now my go to piece of kit. It is so easy to use and is very responsive. The temperature control is incredible. Ideal for stews that have to be kept just simmering. I still find it hard to believe how quick it is and how easy it is to maintain. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Satisfactory purchase
I bought this product as my kitchen has been going through renovation recently. I use it in my living room every day and it really exceeded my expectations. To sum up, I am happy with the following features.1, The design is really compact. It is Ultra-Thin, so there is no space waste on my table. So, it is easy to move and collect.2, The temperature could be adjusted precisely. I could cook the steak easily with the 100W low-power heating. I could also boil the water in a few minutes with the 2100W power. It heats really fast!3, I love the rotary knob. There are 99 levels for adjustment, very convenient. I could also select the cooking mode directly through the knob, easy to control.4. The surface is entirely smooth glass, the oil stains from the cooking will be wiped off with a wet towel easily.5, Also, there is almost no noise when I am cooking. I can barely hear it running! Highly satisfied with this portable induction cooktop!

TOKIT Razor Cooktop Induction Plate Pro, powerful, controllable, looks like Apple designed it :)
TOKIT Razor Cooktop Portable Induction Plate ProHaving had both a Tefal and Caterlite induction plate, I feel in a position to review this. Build quality is second to none, the TOKIT is heavy enough to make sure it doesn’t move on your work surface cooking on but light enough for it to be truly portable. It is made of what looks and feels like anodised aluminium and glass, and has a truly premium feel with the touch buttons, OLED screen and rotating easy use dial.It is a smart device so if you want (not necessary) it can connect to your Wifi and utilises a phone app for both IOS and Android. As said it is perfectly functional without this connection, but the advantages of connecting are complete precise control of the temperature, firmware updates, customisation of own settings and recipes (i.e. we have added a Fondue setting, where the OLED display Fondue, the temperature is set to 7 and time the device is on is 20mins, impresses everyone who sees it). Talking of temperature, this device seems very accurate due to the clear sensor that is in the middle of the induction plate that is in physical contact with your pans. The other induction plates I previously had seems to be more of an ON-OFF type devices and I found it very hard to keep a liquid at a simmer rather than full boil or off boil.Fan noise can also be a problem with these as people expect them to be silent like the built-in induction hobs, The previous ones were noisy but TOKIT although you can hear the fan it is not intrusive or loud which I was particularly pleased about. All in all I’m really pleased with my purchase and honestly believe this device is worth the price due to the added features it gives and control over the competitions devices. I’d rate this 10 out of 10 for looks, quality, usability and functions.

I am really impressed with this Induction Hob!!
Amazing cooktop with high accuracy and I really enjoy using it!!!!It is Ultra-thin and gives me a lot of space in my kitchen and is very easy to carry, I'm looking forward to taking it camping on the weekend!!It's really easy to control the temperature and very quick to heat up amazingly quick compared to a normal stove!!!!The display is really easy and clear to use, it goes up to 99 temperature and as low as 1 which is really awesome for slow cooking I've found:):)It is an easy-to-use timer system that works very well it also has a safety activation button in the middle of the heating element. My pasta was cooked in three minutes as opposed to 10 on my normal stoveThis is an amazing cooktop I would highly recommended :-)!!:):)Have an awesome day!!!Thanks, Ben:):)

Good but could easily be better.
Why have a hob with a temperature sensor and then not be able to set a temperature? Apparently it may be possible with the app, but who really wants a Chinese app for their hob?Now the good: You can simmer- which is a bigger deal for these hobs than you would think. No more constantly watching pasta, so it doesn't boil over. For mine 64 is simmer, so yours should be around that mark too.I was worried what would happen if water got in the sensor. I accidently flooded it with boiling water and it was fine.Slight buzz, but quiet.Heats very quickly, with 99 separate power levels. The box is great if you want to transport it.The bad: The video is misleading and should be removed. They pretend it doesn't have a plug or power chord. If the chord was removable then sort of fair enough, but it isn't.No temperature control, only power levels from 0 to 99 (the app may allow it, but I haven't downloaded it).The dial feels a little flimsy, but otherwise it seems well made and is compact.Chord should be removable.Would be cheaper without Bluetooth or the app, which in my view offer nothing that couldn't be integrated in to the hob itself- though I haven't downloaded it, just read about it and decided not to use it.You have to turn the dial several times every time it is switched on, from 0 to 99 in one step increments for full power instead of allowing you to go anticlockwise from 0 straight to 99 without all the levels in between or it accelerating the more you turn it like microwaves with dials do.I have nit picked it, but it is frustrating when it could easily be better. The hardware is good, just the software priorities are wrong. If you saw this item and thought, "wow, great it has an app", then it is your fault ;) Overall I do like it and bought another.
