what size is it on the wall

Hi fitted to wall it's fifteen and a half inches in length, six and a half inches in Hight, Three and a half inches in depth, also the two drop down paper towel holders have a Three and half inch drop, hope this is some help to you . I was very pleased with this purchase, make sure you buy the right size Foil and Cling film to fit.

What is the max size foil width etc it will take?

Max foil and film is 30cm. Kitchen towel is fully adjustable to the large rolls as sold in the shops.

Is the back panel flat plastic as I am looking to attach this with command strips rather than screws

Yes it is flat at the back but I don’t find the cutters very effective. They rip through cling film. Slightly better with foil if you press it in the groove with your finger first.

just received this item and on wall, but the cutters dont seem to be working at all just tear foil and clingfilm please help

I put some tension on the foil / film and slide the bar at the same time,there is a nack to it but once you gey it it's fab. Without tension it just crumples or sticks to itself
