Review: Perfect to maintain treadmill! - This is a must have if you want to keep your treadmill in good condition. I’ve been using this product for over a year. It’s kept my treadmill in great working order. You don’t need to use too much of the product at a time. I usually apply a small amount, about 12-18” long under each side of the tread. It’s easy to apply. You slightly lift up the tread on each side and place the nozzle under the tread. Then, squeeze the bottle and apply the silicone under the tread, see video.

Whenever the treadmill starts feeling a little glitchy, I will pull some lubricant out of the bottle using the long applicator, lift the belt slightly and drizzle it from the middle to the edge on both sides and in a few spots. Turn the treadmill on, let it run for a few minutes and it's good to go again!

Great product, used it on our treadmill, put a little under the belt at both ends and now it works great! I like the dropper that's included, makes it easy to control how much silicone is dispensed under the belt. The bottle, itself, is very slim, doesn't stand well for storing, would be my only criticism, but I'd still buy this again.
