My kiddos like the flavor, but they say they are hard to chew. I tried them and they are pretty tasty! I can see how they are hard to chew, but they aren’t super bad. Hoping they boost their immune systems!! Lots of sickness going around.

You don’t have to swallow them since they are chewable gummies. Great for the immune system and very effective in reducing time sickness and preventing colds. The taste is great. Better to not take on an empty stomach. Worth the price.

Kids love the taste and they seem to have helped keep the germs away however be careful the time of year you order. Many times they have arrived melted together, even if the package was brought in immediately.
