Worth the price for this supplement

Iโve taken L-theanine from other brands before with no effect. Many years later I was still having quality of sleep issues and mentioned it to my doctor. She said I was likely not taking the right dosage and recommended this brand but at a dosage of 3 capsules before bed (600mg). It is hard to describe its effect but my sleep monitors all show positive results and I just feel better in the morning. As always, we are all all different and your results may be vary.
