Nice paint
I really like Dulux white emulsion. It goes on nicely, the smell isn’t too strong, and once it’s dry, the ceilings look nice

A Handy Test: My Experience with Dulux White Cotton Paint
I recently tried out the Dulux Walls & Ceilings Tester Paint in the White Cotton shade, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. The 30 ml tester size is super handy, especially if you’re like me and need to see how a color looks on your wall before committing to a full can. White Cotton is a gorgeous, soft off-white with a hint of warmth. It’s perfect if you want your room to feel bright and inviting without being too stark or cold. The matte finish is really nice, giving the walls a smooth and elegant look without looking flat. Applying the paint was really easy. It goes on smoothly with no streaks, and the consistency is just right—not too thick or too thin. I tried it out with both a brush and a small roller, and it worked well with both. The tester size was enough to cover a small area on my wall, so I could see how it looked in different lights. For a tiny pot, the coverage was surprisingly good. One coat was enough to give me a clear idea of how the color would look, though I’d definitely go for a couple of coats if I were painting a whole wall. It gave me a solid sense of how the final result would turn out. The little pot is cute and practical. It’s small enough to store easily, and the lid seals tightly, so no worries about it drying out before you’re done testing. Plus, it’s the perfect size to try out a few different shades without feeling wasteful. I really liked the Dulux Walls & Ceilings Tester Paint in White Cotton. It’s a beautiful, versatile shade, and the paint itself was easy to work with. If you’re trying to decide on a color for your space, this tester is definitely worth picking up. It’s a great way to make sure you’re happy with your choice before diving into a full paint job.

The best emulsion.
Anyone who has emulsioned walls and ceilings knows there is a knack to painting corners because when the roller goes down the edge of one wall, it leaves marks on the wall next to it. So we have to paint the corners in (cut in) so the roller doesn't have to touch the adjacent wall and we get a seamless coverage. We also know that if your cut in section of paint dries before you paint the wall, you can get a visible stripe and we end up having to do several coats and use primer and all sorts of time consuming things to cover the dried cut in. This emulsion ( which used to be called "Once") puts a stop to all that. It's nice and thick and covers the cut in bits beautifully. I will give you an example.... My staircase has very a high ceiling and walls. Impossible to reach without using an extension pole. Last week I was emulsioning it. I had done one wall and had painted the cut in to the next when.....the extension pole broke. I had to drive to the nearest store to buy a new one. My cutting in was bone dry by the time I got back. Using this high quality paint ensured no stripe was visible after the wall was finished. It makes the job much easier because it really does mean you only have to do one coat. Yes it is a bit more expensive than regular emulsion, but I think it works out as better value overall because you don't need undercoat or to paint a second coat. It's not too thick or gloopy but it's not too thin either. It's the perfect consistency and gives great coverage. I have already ordered more for the next DIY job. PS it's approx ten quid cheaper on amazon than in B & Q

Excellent Quality and Easy Application
I recently purchased the Dulux 5268045 Once Tester Paint in the Timeless color, and I’m extremely pleased with its performance - I use it both as a tester but also to cover up some damage on my walls. Here’s my detailed review: What I Like: - High-Quality Finish: The paint provides a beautiful, smooth finish. The Timeless color is elegant and versatile, perfectly matching the decor of my room. - One-Coat Coverage: True to its name, the paint delivers excellent coverage with just one coat. It saved me a lot of time and effort compared to other paints that require multiple coats. - Easy Application: The paint has a nice consistency that makes it easy to apply. It goes on evenly and dries to a flawless finish without streaks or brush marks. - Low Odor: One of the standout features for me is the low odor. I didn’t have to deal with strong paint fumes, which made the painting process much more pleasant. - Sample Size: The 30 ml tester size is perfect for trying out the color before committing to a larger quantity. It’s enough to cover a small area and gives a good indication of how the color will look in different lighting conditions. What I Dislike: - Limited Coverage: While the 30 ml size is great for testing, it obviously doesn’t cover a large area. This isn’t a major drawback, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re planning to test on a larger surface. - Drying Time: The drying time is slightly longer than I expected, but this is a minor issue considering the quality of the finish. Value for Money: The Dulux 5268045 Once Tester Paint offers excellent value for money. Its high-quality finish, one-coat coverage, and ease of application make it a worthwhile investment. The tester size is particularly useful for trying out colors without committing to a full can of paint. Conclusion: Overall, I am very impressed with the Dulux Once Tester Paint in Timeless. It delivers on its promise of one-coat coverage and provides a beautiful, professional-looking finish. The ease of application and low odor are added bonuses that enhance the overall painting experience. Despite the minor issue with drying time, I would highly recommend this product. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

Single use so high price overall
Good tester to touch up areas, however if you squeeze too much out at once it drips everywhere. it's also single use in my opinion, and the roller and cap dry out. Overall high price for a small amount you have to use up in one go.
