Really Works! AMAZING!!
**Let me start by saying I am not a professional painter or any kind of car aficionado, filling the windshield wiper fluid is about as handy as I get with my car.** When I used this product I was so impressed with the results that I had to not only write a review about this amazing product, but also include a picture to show just how amazing this product is. The instructions are clear and extremely easy to follow. I was nervous at first with the thought of sanding my car, but I built up the nerve and went for it. I had nothing to fear since I followed the instructs and got beautiful results. It took a lot of elbow grease and buffing but the scratch is gone. The only thing that is not included that I used was "Turtle Paste Wax" (I will include the link below). I used about two coats after I finished everything. I highly recommend this product to anyone with scratches on their car! https://smile.amazon.com/Turtle-Wax-T-223-Super-Shell/dp/B000BPSVJ6/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=turtle+car+wax&qid=1552584927&s=gateway&sr=8-4

This is a great product, but it requires education and attention to detail for a successful repair. I suspect many of the negative reviews are from expectations of a miracle product that requires no effort. You need to watch a few youtube videos on scratch repair before attempting to use this product. I had 4 inch gashes in my new car from the garage door closing on it. The scratches were deep, almost to metal, and very narrow (<2mm). I setup a work light and a magnifying glass for inspection of the repair. 1) Clean the area with paint prep and apply touch up paint from the dealer inside the scratch. Wait overnight. Repeat if not good coverage. 2) Apply clear coat inside the scratch. Reapply multiple clear coat layers until running your nail on the scratch you feel a bump from the clear coat instead of your nail catching the in scratch. Wait 1 Hr between clear coat applications. Wait overnight after the last clear coat application. 3) Use the #2,3 & 4 wet sanding pads in order. I had to use #2 multiple times until the magnifying lens showed that I had removed the clear coat bump and the surface was perfectly flat. I also reduced the work area by cutting down the pads until they were only slightly bigger than the scratch. This reduces the sanded area to just around the scratch, instead of the 2 inches wide in the instructions. #2 required some finger pressure to remove the bump. The last pads only light finger pressure. 4) After one application of the clarifying compound, I used my orbital buffer and polished the sanded area with Meguiars Ultimate Compound to a shine. The scratch is not invisible, but it is hard to see and is easily missed. Great product.

It works!
I bought this to fix some small scratches on the back of my car caused by the garage door closing on it accidentally. I didn't have high hopes that it would cover the scratches, but to my surprise it did! I followed all directions exactly, and although it doesn't look 100% like it did, it did an amazing job, and no one else would ever know that the scratches had ever been there. Just make sure you follow the directions exactly, and it really works well!

Didn't work
This product was useless to me. I tried to remove some scratch marks using a rubbing compound and the little pads and it did not work. I also tried to repair another scratch using the pen filler, but the scratch looks worse. I just hope its enough to prevent rust. I think the rest of the product might just go in the trash. Touch up paint was my first thought. Should have done that. Ugg.

Kinda of works
Thought this was going to work better than it did. Had a decent scratch in our car, had to re-apply about 20 times to fill it in. It’s still bumpy on the spot, not perfectly smooth, but it’s filled in. Thought it would work better thank it did, luckily the starch you can barely see. I would say to give it a try and see how it does for you, my starch might have been to large and deep.

Astounding!
I was very skeptical about using this on a new (and by new, I mean a 2003 that my family just bought) Porsche. Someone had opened their door into my door and left a nice scratch on it. Long story short, I'm freaking out so I call the cops while the person's car is still there and they say there isn't much they can do. Some googling turned me to this product. I tried things like Nu Scratch Doctor and that didn't do it. I wasn't prepared to wet sand a nice pristine condition paint job but I decided it was best to try to remove the scratch. After following the written instructions VERY carefully, everything ended up working out great! At first it looked as though my scratch was into the metal, because the clear coat pen didn't fill it in as well, but after doing the sanding and polishing, it looked just fine! It's VERY important to rub the paint polish on multiple times when you get to that step. It really makes a difference when you do it a few times. There will be a sort of glare however on the car where you were sanding. I was lucky that I made the width of my work area about a half of an inch. I apply A nice carnauba wax and buffed it out and it appears to have diminished the glare from the work area. I'll have to check in better daylight tomorrow. Overall though, it's way better than what it was before! It's making me want to start going through and fixing every chip on the car!

For under $20 - you can fix or greatly reduce paint scratches
Used this product based on customer reviews. I had 5-6 deep scratches on the side of my rear plastic bumper. I used the kit and followed the instructions for deep scratches except I didn't use the clear coat pen to fill deep grooves. I just started with the paint clarifier. Then moved to using spray lubricant, rub 20x w #1 pad, spray lubricant, rub 20x w #2 pad, spray lubricant, rub 20x w #3 pad, spray lubricant, rub 20x w #4 pad. Then I dried the area and finished with paint clarifier. There was a definite improvement but I wasn't satisfied with the first result. So I repeated the same process over again a second time. It showed more improvement. So I repeated the process a 3rd time and more improvements showed up. I was running out of spray lubricant so I couldn't do a 4th procedure which I'm confident would yield near perfect results. I'm happy with the current result since a casual glance from a distance of 3-5 ft is practically imperceptible to passer-by. For the area where paint was chipped off, I will need to order touch up paint to fix up those spots. But overall, I'm very pleased with this product and highly recommend it. One thing you will need to purchase is microfiber cloth (from local autoshop store) to rub paint clarifier and another one to dry/clean the area.

A great product for handy people.
It’s a great product if you know what you’re doing, but is not for everyone. I used it on a couple of clear coat scratches and am completely pleased with the result. I’ve been washing, detailing and touching all of my cars for years so I learned a lot about how to properly take care of paint. The trick is to take your time and check your work along the way. Make sure to keep the pad and paint soaked with the lubricant. I frequently toweled it off, checked how much of the new clear coat I’ve sanded down and then wet again until I was ready to use a finer grit. Let the sandpaper do it’s work and don’t apply pressure. I would definitely not give it to my wife to use because she’s likely to do more harm than good. I don’t think that this is for general consumer use as they can do more harm than good but for handy people it’s easy to use and a great product.

Bueno
Si son arañazos profundos hay que disponer de pintura de retoque, para las demás es muy bueno.

Need to be very carful and watch a lot of videos before you use this
If you don't use this product very carfully you can do more harm to your paint This is not for average user at all, use it very carfully and watch a lot of videos on how to use it first And if you decide to use it do it if the scratch is really really bad and worth taking this effort, if it is a simple clear coat scratch go for another safer product
