Its very good but no ice is better but not as convenient.

Is this product the 'original' * pain relief gel... or is the newer replacement ? *original was pain relief... not just a cool gel.....

Can this be used on tennis elbow?

i use it elbows. hips knees neck. you can use mort parts bodty, not near eyes mouth etc, i use it regular. it wont cure but it helps
