The design of the front wheel with the hollow pole is not sturdy. It's too bad because otherwise it is a nice stroller and a good size and light weight. I would not purchase another one of this design. **Q: does this come with a back mesh to look through or just on top?** A: Yes it comes with screened windows in the back, sides and front. Not only does it come with screens to look in at all times, it's got a screen sunroof and the back unzips open and has Velcro to keep it rolled up, the front unzips and can be left open, and there is a spot on the canopy for you to clip their leash onto so you don't have to worry about your pet jumping out. **Q: is this safe for cats? does it zip up completely without any escape hatches ?** A: Yes it's safe for cats and dogs and it does zip completely.
