Unexpected side effects!
I gave up nicotine use around 3 months ago and continued to suffer a mental fog / lack of clarity that is a common symptom of nicotine withdrawal. I did some research which turned up Muira Puama as a potential herbal remedy to boost my mental clarity. So I ordered some. I am a 47 year old man. I’ve been taking it for two weeks. I have noticed the following : - Some help with mental clarity and therefore nicotine withdrawal. But sadly this is more limited than I had hoped. - A surprising side effect. As mentioned, I am 47. I have a busy job working quite long hours. I am married with children of 11 and 9. We’ve been married for 12 years. In recent years I have noticed my libido significantly decline. When we got to bed, sex is rarely on my mind. In fact I just feel tired. Well, after a week of taking Muira puama i noticed that : - On going to bed I started to get desiring thoughts about my wife most nights and, erm, a certain part of me became firmer shall we say. Likewise on waking up in the morning, the same part of me is firm. While both these points were entirely normal for me in my 20s and 30s, it hasn’t been my experience at all in my 40s. All this has resulted in 3 acts of intimacy with my wife in the last week. Unheard of in years. In fact so much so that my wife, 44, isn’t even on birth control anymore and we’ve not had condoms in the house for a long time. We were talking yesterday that we really need to start being careful or we will be having a later in life baby! Most effective.
I was a bit reluctant at first to choose this sort of 'dietary supplement', but in the end I was certainly not disappointed. Positive effects were felt within a week of starting use and, at the time of writing, I have experienced no negative effects. Very pleased.

Great product! I take two pills a day(says 1-4), and it helps my mood..also a good libido boost. :)
