I have used this for a while now as my little one is 4 months old. She has never had any problems with the cream itself and she has never had any nappy rash etc. - even whilst being on antibiotics for a time. It is unfragranced and a similar consistency to a body lotion. I use it every nappy change and her skin is beautifully moisturised. I have also used it on her scalp when she stated to get dry skin and it cleared it up before it turned into cradle cap.
