Great valve
I'm using this in my basement sump pump system. I have about an 8 foot rise and I needed to replace the pump recently and I installed this just above the pit so I could service the pump without taking a shower in the water left in the pipe. It is a large valve with full 1.5" pass through so it does not create a bottleneck and it opens/closes easily.Do make sure to plan your install carefully because with threads on the valve side and glue joints on the pipe side you have to think a few steps ahead.

These were hefty in price but man they are heavy duty! I’m positive they’ll last a while.

a valve and union all in one!
I needed a valve and a couple unions for both sides of an irrigation filter. This item met those needs. Easy to install, doesn't leak yet, easy to turn. Much cheaper than buying all 6 parts when 2 of these worked.

Smooth operation and easy installed
I used these to replace some cream and supper stuff ball valves in my pool equipment. They installed easily (as easy as PCV glueing ever is) and operate smoothly, all for a reasonable price.
