Great things happen in this volume

Started with the anime back when season 1 was released. Moved into manga (which is no where near ahead of anime) and got into the light novels. I’ve never bought light novels…I now own all 23 so far. This is a story that will HOOK you. I cannot wait till march to get the final volume 26!!

I'm happy to see Rudy has run in with two people of his past. I can't believe Badi is going to fight Rudy. Also why Rudy has two demon eyes? I'm glad his kid wasn't Laplace.

I really enjoy this series. Kindle is the best way to collect this.Rudy and the family are taking a trip.

Volume 23 feels very much like a pause before the big event. It contains some solid slice-of-life about Sylphie, Eris and Rudeus' past, but none of it really moved the story forward and in some cases felt a bit too coincidental for my taste. It left me a bit conflicted, I would have wanted some more progress or focus, but what we got was in itself not bad. So a decent read, and not the weakest of the series, but neither the best.
