Different than what i expected but it was titled right. It is all about jewelry making. So when i get to these levels this book will be very much needed. It explains with easy instructions, tips, and pictures how to make and work with resin, glues, wires, clay, making knots, firing clay, weaving, all metals and all types of equipment needed for all the projects. I give the book a five star because it is 300 pages and over 700 photos, well written, and well worth the price. I thought it was about many jewelry designs, but it is what the book says, Jewelry making.. All about making all types of jewelry.

I have recently started making jewelry, especially working with wire. This was my third book. If it had been my first, I could have stopped there. Great pictures, good information and lots of ideas. It arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. My 12-year-old granddaughter, who, of course, is quite bright (smile) spent about 20 minutes reading the book while I was working on a piece. When she finished, she was able to clone one of the pieces, just from the detailed pictures...I highly recommend this "go-to" book!

This guide to jewelry making is not what I expected it to be. It has nice pictures of the featured items yet I was looking for more ideas on earrings, bracelets, ext.. I was looking for an extensive book of ideas on jewelry making instead of one of this and one of that. Not very pleased yet the book was affordable and may offer me info in the future.Ms W.

This is a great book. The instructions are easy to follow. In fact I just completed the cover project. It was fun and easer than I thought it would be. And this was my first. But now it will not be my last. This turned out to be a wonderful birthday gift for my daughter. I am so glad I now have this book.

This book gave me "Soup to Nuts" on everything I should know about jewelry making and then some! I treasure this one more than any other I have in my vast jewelry book collection. Well Worth the Money! Solid instructions and varied, fun projects, for all skill levels. A must purchase!

This book is not appropriate for beginners. The author spends virtually no time discussing how to do simple things and instead devotes chapters to topics such as metal soldering. Now, I know a lot of jewelry makers...and none of them solder metal! Not very helpful! I needed something more nuts and bolts than this.

This is a great introductory reference for a wide variety of crafting. There's comprehensive info on basic tools and techniques, as well as some step by step photos to guide you if you are considering getting into something new. Love it for reference.

I was totally surprised when this ook arrived at my home. IT IS HUGE.Add to that the reasonable price and the comntent within and this is a win - win - win situation.I haven't gone through all of it in deatil but I have read enough to know that I will be referring to this book often.Highly recommended

Wonderful picture book.Most of the jewelry inside looks like garbage.If a 6 year old created it at camp it would be fine.Some of the instruction require hundreds of dollars in equipment to make a junky looking earing.
