Coming from Canon 5D MK IV which has served me well for several years. I hadn't been too interested in moving to Canon's mirrorless lineup until recently. I am traveling quite a bit lately and wanted something a little smaller than my 5D MKIV with a grip and large aperture L lenses. After reading the specs and reviews of the R5 and R6 MK II, I was quite interested in both. While the R5 might be the target for serious 5D MKIV owners, personally, I felt the R6 MK II was a better fit for my needs (travel, family pictures, wildlife, etc.). I ordered the R6 MK II with the 24-105/f4L kit which just arrived today. Without reading the manual or changing any settings, I took some test pictures indoors and was instantly blown away by the images this camera produces. Super versatile, intelligent shooting modes, and with image stabilization in both the body and the lens, completely sharp pictures can be taken at very low shutter speeds. Very happy with this purchase - I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, and thought maybe I would miss the higher resolution of the R5, but since this R6 was just refreshed (and it doesn't look like a R5 MK II is going to be here anytime soon), I went with the R6 MK II and couldn't be happier. If you are like me and obsessing over specs between the different mirrorless offerings from Canon, trust the reviews and sample images. This is an amazing camera which will meet the needs of most user profiles. Don't wait, when you see a few trickle in to inventory, get one!

This camera is amazing! It takes beautiful photos, even for a person new to photography. It is highly customizable. It is a bit spendy but we have so many amazing photos already that I feel it’s worth it. The auto focus is amazing. It has a wide array of compatible components. It allows for very quick shots with presets. In short we love it!

This camera is a beast. Both Picture and video quality is awesome! Very user friendly. Love the fact it has two memory card inserts. Lens is great and very quiet when taking photos. With attached lens it is heavy, but a good heavy meaning as far as quality goes. Upgraded from a Canon 77d. This is definitely a huge upgrade into a pro camera! Highly recommend!

Increíble camara con un lente bastante rápido y de muy buena calidad. Excelentes fotografías, no agregare nada que no se sepa ya. Solo que logre comprarla a un gran precio aquí en Amazon, una gran oferta como las de antes. Se aproxima la R6mk3 pero aun asi en muchas otras partes no las bajan de precio, pero Amazon si remato, como en los buenos tiempos. Si te interesa una R6, debes escoger entre la original, la mk2 y la nueva mk3, y creo que la mk2 esta en el sweet spot. Muy superior ala original y solo marginalmente inferior a la nueva version, esta ultima considero yo un poco mas refinada hacia el segmento profesional. La gran diferencia radica en los nuevos 32mpx, sin embargo mas no necesariamente es mejor, si bien te permite mas cropping y ampliaciones mas grandes, en la vida del fotógrafo entusiasta o de hobby como yo, 24mpx están sobradísimos para ampliaciones caseras y cropping razonable. Y recordemos que ese chip mas resolutivo, genera ligeramente mas ruido, así que en condiciones de baja iluminación, ISO grande y extremo, la Mk2 tiene ventaja... es mi percepción Tenia dudas de comprarla en Amazon porque había visto que la gente se quejaba del cambio del lente f4 fijo al f4-7.1 variable en algunos envíos, pero el precio era inmejorable y la pedí. Las pocas veces que he tenido problemas con algún envío amazon siempre ha respondido correctamente, así que pues decidí hacer las compra de 50mil. La camara se recibió bien empaquetada, impecable, dos días antes de la fecha y sin ningún inconveniente... sobra decir que es una preciosidad y notaras una diferencia inmediata y grandísima si vienes de una DSLR y mas si vienes de una APSC Tras mas de 10 años utilizando Amazon, nunca me ha decepcionado. Asi que muy complacido con el producto, el precio y el servicio de amazon

Llego 1 día después de lo que decía pero llegó sin temas, es muy buena cámara con el lente mas versátil.
