3" W 10Ft L Mini Split Line Set Cover Kit PVC Air Conditioner Line Covers

This line set cover is legit! It is very sturdy, well made, and comes with everything to complete installation. The material is a thick PVC material, and the two-piece cover snaps together very securely. Once mounted to the wall it will not come off. I am very happy with this product and would buy it again. Insulation is a breeze, there are no instructions but it is very easy to figure out. I first placed the end cap over the wall hole, then added a section as I went and used the couplers to secure it in place. Only the end cap and the couplers attach to the house... The sections between each coupler are freestanding, but held very securely in place with the couplers. This actually makes the installation easy. I was very skeptical, but this product works very well. The one issue I had was I bought a 13-ft line set, and a 9 ft line set. The problem was the 9-ft line set did not come with the 90° corners. So I returned it and bought another 13 ft line set. Now I've got a lot of extra parts I probably never use. Overall, this product is a very good product and you will not be disappointed if you purchase it. Just beware of the parts that come with the specific kit you purchased.

This is good quality and looks nice when done. I couldn't use the flexible cover because I installed this after I had already installed the mini split and the lineset must go thru the flex cover where as the other covers are 2 piece so they can be installed after the fact. Also the 90 angles are pretty tight and would benefit from a liger sweep to make it a little easier to fit the line set into them.

These are great. Thwy aren't too expensive, and do the job. They are more secure feeling than i expected based on price. Definitely recommend. The long story: Ordered a mini split. Probably should have gotten a full DIY kit... but didn't. So mini-split install was easy enough. Reduced heating costs over winter and surprisingly low cost to run. But .. had lines outside from the units. I couldn't stand how they looked and we get some very strong wind out here, so I wanted to put a trim over them. Stopped at lowes, to be told they don't carry trim for this... which is kinda crazy as these are so popular. Anyway saw these and ordered. They work perfectly. Very easy to work with. The joining pieces (couplings i guess), are made to screw into the wall... so the pieces fit very securely together. Because the pieces are 2 parts screwed together, I was able to install without disconnecting anything I'd already done. And because pieces are joined so close, it's just very very secure. I do wish there was an option for longer pieces and for those, I guess some metal to hold it down and screw into wall for the same secure fit. And I wish more color options were available. Gray would have been amazing... but i can always paint them. All in all, the kit was perfect. Ordered one per unit as i have a multi unit set up. Took about an hour to get even done (trim not mini split... mini split took a whole weekend). Just needed a drill, screw driver or screw driver tip for the drill, a level to make sure everything was straight. I did use some longer screws than the ones provided in a couple spots. But that was due to the tension at one point in the lines. I just wanted to ensure that was secure. Note: installed mine against vinyl siding.

Kit installs easy. There are black screws for mounting then non-magnetic stainless steel ones for closing the protector. Minus 1 star, because the flexible can't be used if you already installed your mini split. The flexible tube has to be installed before you tighten the gas lines. Only improvements I can recommend: 1. Make the flexible tube separate into 2 pieces 2. add a box that can enclose the gas connections on the mini split unit

Works great because and the fitment was spot on. It covers enough space with my mini split and cover protection cover all the hose. We install outdoor and it works out well with easy to use in stall more on the plug and play side. The materials feels really solid even after mounting. Looks like oem product and compatibility was really good since it has a lot of clearance.

This kit is perfect for using with a mini split. It was inexpensive and super easy to install. I highly recommend this. It doesn’t come with the unit. We searched Home Depot and Lowe’s and anything they had was expensive. Went to several companies websites that make mini splits and they are expensive.

Worked well with 12,000btu Pioneer Diamante Pro mini split! Perfect amount of space for lines…

Product seems of good quality , BUT, the flexible section of covering is NOT split, meaning you MUST install this part over freon line set, if you want to use BEFORE making connections to a/c unit!!! The rest of system is separated meaning you can install AFTER you have hooked up the freon line set, like most of us do. Why make a cover set that is meant to cover line set after it is installed but then put a part in that must be put on before the line set us installed. I needed to use the flexible section on my install and had to slit that section on the back to install over the line set ,like the rest of the covering sections are 2 pieces, so you can install on an already installed lineset. Someone wasn't thinking when designing this package. But other than customizing this section ,the rest is of good quality, NOT flimsy.

Though I used this kit for interior (different purpose - read below), it was fairly easy to use. The kit came with all the parts, screws, brackets etc. I recently added a wholehome water filter/softener unit. The challenge was that water main was a bit of way from the installation spot for this new unit. We had to run 3/4" line from water main to the unit and then another 3/4" line back to feed into the home water lines. Since some of these water lines were in a exposed area, I needed something to cover them up. This kit was perfect and large enough that I was able to add some insulation for the pipes. The kit covered up the pipes nicely and blended into the ceiling. Overall, a good value for the money!

Everything was as described, only thing I would suggest is offering it in 4ft. lengths instead of 2ft. . It gets tedious when running long distances.
