I wrote a 5 star review for this bike because it was very good quality. The first thing i liked about this bike is that it is very fast and can go on all terrains. I have a few trails by my house and it is very easy to ride on them because of the electric motor. I don't think i'm gonna use a manual bike agin because of how amazing this electric bike is. Besides on all the great functions the bike is not even that pricey. Most electric bikes with 350w motors cost up to 800 but this bike only costed me 700 with all the shipping and tax. But everything is not perfect, once the package was delivered you need to people to get it inside unless your the hulk. Also when you are assembling the bike, in the video that is given when buying on amazon on how to fix the bike, some of the parts or instructions are different because it looks like this bike is a new model or something like that, thats why some of the instructions do not match the bike. Also when you are riding the bike on manual mode be careful when you are turning because the bike is really heavy and it feels like i'm gonna fall of to the side. Other than that this company did a amazing job and i would buy this again for anyone of my friends or family.

My son is 15 he loves it and so do. This bike seems to be amazing! He wears his new helmet and does all safety riding well for uneven school road and trails also. This bike is the perfect size for me and my Son.

Update. The bike is working very well. The service team has been great and very responsive and helpful. They reached out to me recently to advise that they are stocking parts in New Jersey now and will be able to ship repair and replacement parts in a 3-5 day time frame which would resolve any of the issues we have had. Again a high quality built bike and a few electric control issues that they have resolved. Just remember to go through Amazon messaging if you have any problems. Update the bike broke again after about 5 months in use. The motor stopped working again. This time they replaced the main computer which was a simple repair but the part took over a month to arrive. When it’s working it’s a good bike but getting repair parts in the US is slow. Service through the Amazon contact was fast and very helpful it’s just the shipping delays. Old They have offered a $30 refund for the delay in part ordering which is very nice. Current. The meter took a month to arrive but it did fix the problem. Simple to replace just one tightening screw to attach it to the handle bars and simple plug into the wire. Bike works very well and they gave us a $20 payback for the issue and we where not charged for any of the parts. Leaving the 3 stars as it took the parts warehouse 2+ weeks to get it out the door. First update.I am providing an update as Amazon and the seller stepped up and has taken steps to resolve the problem. They are replacing the “meter” which is the control panel. If you need help go through the Amazon messaging and not direct to Vivi the manufacturer. Seller is way more helpful. I will update again if the new part fixes it or something else is wrong. FYI the bike construction is sturdy and well built. “OLD :We used it for 2 weeks and the panel started to flash and the motor would not turn. Have spent 2 weeks with product support with no help. Amazon return is useless as shipping is over $700 more than the bike. Do not buy this.”

I bought this since it had a weight rating above 300lbs. For the price I got scared after ordering and reading reviews. If you’re looking for an electric motorcycle, this isn’t it. You will have to pedal. I live in a very hilly town and live several miles away from my job. I’ve had the bike for about a week now and put on close to 100 miles. It is so convenient to ride. I get about 10-20 miles on the battery depending on my riding and the hills. It has power to get up and go. On a flat road, this bike can easily hit 20mph. The fastest I had this was coming downhill and I was at 38mph. It’s a very decent bike for the price and I’m happy with the purchase. I will say that purchasing mirrors and a rear light is helpful. Oh, as a big guy, the seat is not super comfortable, I would recommend getting a bigger seat, trust me, it’ll make riding much more enjoyable. It’s no bigger than my other bike I have. The tires do seem to be cheap but once they wear down I’m sure the local bike shop can change them to a much better tire for me. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this bike.

Bought this e-bike last summer for my wife. Put it together, no issues there. Used it for a summer, had a blast. Charged it maybe 8 or so times last summer. Got plenty of use and fun out of it. Went to use it this summer when the weather permitted in New York, and the battery plug in the battery pushed into the battery itself. So now I can no longer plug in and charge the bike as the adaptor is sunk into the battery compartment itself. Contacted support and was told to purchase a new battery for it. I don't really want to spend 300 dollars to replace the battery when I've used my battery less than ten times. Frustrating to say the least, since prior to that I had nothing but good things to say about this e-bike. EDIT: Someone from their company contacted me and offered to send a replacement battery to me free of charge to get my wife back on the road. Will change my review again if that doesn't arrive, but as of right now I have to say the customer service with the senior agent was good. That, paired with the amount of fun we had riding these bikes last summer makes this an easy 5 stars if they send that battery.

Had the bike for a month now no problem, runs a solid 22mph with all electric, I got 74 miles on it, easy assembly, most of the bike is put together, back fender is flimsy plastic so I took it off, other than that great bike

Bike works great but the brakes wear out way too fast. Bought this for my son in October 2024. Brakes went bad by January 2025. The warranty is a pain because you have to mail the bike in for repair. Other than the brake issue the bike made my son extremely happy and got him to work.
