BBBLock Out Cassette Lockring Remover - Shimano, Black/Silver

Quality tool that simply works, use it on a regular basis...Well made and heavy, great addition to the toolbox, happy with putchase.I use it along with the BBB chain tool.

When I bought this product I had virtually no experience installing and removing components form my bike. Sure I keep it lubed and clean but I'd never even taken the back wheel off before this. The tool was sturdy and fit perfectly into my cassette. I've used it several times since changing cassettes and have had no issues. There are alternatives out there that can attach directly to a socket driver but this is the whole package. The rubber handle makes the installation and removal of cassettes a comfortable breeze. The build quality is solid and I'd therefore recommend this to novices and experts alike.

This tool is good quality and comfortable to use, the locating pin in the centre of the splined socket is useful and it certainly beats holding a splined socket in some adjustable spanners or a ring spanner! Worth the money not to struggle with individual tools, even if you only need to use it every now and again!

Great tool. Easy to use. Looks like it will last. Ideal for tightening (and I guess opening) the lock ring on my Shimano Cassette.

I purchased this to install a Shimano 105 5800 11-speed cassette on a spare wheel to be used with my turbo trainer, Worked as expected. Was very east to put on the cassette and tighten with this locking tool. Aligned perfectly to the shape of the cassette screw. It also seems to be very well made and has a large, comfortable grip. Highly recommend. 5/5

Perfect grip, optimum lenght. No need to spend more. Do not spend less (crap kits).

I have tried two lock ring tools before this but neither were as good as this. The first tool was suitable for use with a ratchet (which was good) but did not have a locating pin like the one shown in the picture. This meant it tended to jump out when used and became burred to the point of being scrap. The second one had a locating pin but could only be used with an adjustable spanner so could not be pushed in as with a ratchet. The tool purchased gets round both these problems by having a locating pin and a solidly mounted built in wrench. I have used it twice with ease and no sign of wear on the tool. I'd even say it's easier to use than a freewheel remover tool as long as you don't do up the lock ring too tight!

Worked pretty well the first couple times, apart from the fact that the rubber grip is not attached and slides off every couple seconds. Third time, with a tough lock ring, metal bent/warped and snapped completely

Durch den langen Hebel lässt sich die Centerlock Schraube perfekt lösen und festziehen. Qualitativ sehr gutes Werkzeug. Kann ich bestens empfehlen.

Permet d'équiper une cassette vraiment sans problèmes. Un outils de très bonne qualité.
