I have a 34" waist yet had to order a 2XL! But I'm 6'4" tall and they're long enough, which is a nice surprise. And the pouch is absolutely huge and very comfortable. They look and feel extremely sexy and make a very nice lounge pants. They also work well under a pair of jeans, since the nylon material is slippery and doesn't bunch up under the outer layer. You’d never wear these in public as outerwear unless you were looking to be arrested! You might as well wear a coat of paint! UPDATE: I have been wearing these during my area's recent brutal cold snap, and I am very pleased at how much warmth they provide. If I had to work outdoors for an extended period of time I'd still want a thicker, woven, thermal type of material, but for delivering pizzas even in -24 wind chill conditions these leggings helped tremendously. And once again, the slippery quality of the fabric makes them so comfortable as they do not grab your skin or the material of the jeans. I have tried Bn3th pouched leggings and found them to be good, but a little grippy, and Freelonger pouched leggings, which run way too small and have a tiny pouch that's not worth anything.
