Purchased Feb 23, have only just had the need to use it. It doesn't work at all. The feeder doesn't open. Total waste of money. Easy to use, but just doesn't function. Looks good, but obviously I need it to work, just not yo look pretty! Two pouches fits fine in there.

Great item, works well, and no ticking noise like some others.

I have only used this four times and 3 out of the 4 the first timer has not worked and therefore the top has not opened, we tried new batteries etc and the same outcome, as it is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose I intend returning the product

I would really love to rate this more but unfortunately I can’t. Within a week of using this the right side failed to open and I had some very hungry cats at my return home.

Loved this as its handy if out all day -however I mustn’t have set timer properly as one feed didn’t open -so please use device a few times first before leaving cat alone. Fortunately our cat has dried kibble left out all the time so he didn’t go hungry.

Easy to use & can be used by any age of cat.

Less than six months in, used just a couple of times and it doesn’t work. Only the right lid opens. Buttons stick in too.What a waste of money, and I bought 2 :-(

This product has only lasted 6 months before its failed. The buttons, despite light occasional use, have become particularly stuck in and difficult to use. The doors are not reliable in opening at all. It was only good for about 2 months which is not worth the money. Brilliant idea but cheap production.
