I adopted an elderly dog from a relative who moved into memory care. This poor sweet doggie spent her early years in a breeding kennel, then had a short time rehabbing with my cousin before my cousin developed dementia and had home health coming in and the torment began anew for the dog. (Not to disparage home health workers in general. I’m speaking specifically of those caring for my cousin and who neglected the dog simply because they could.) By the time the dog came to live with me, she was 11 years old, lost all of her house training, and was frightened to death of people. Her only refuge, it seemed, was a crate and there she had peace and quiet from the storm life had handed her thus far. So I sought to make her crate the most luxuriously comfortable place and dog could imagine and this bedding fits that bill. The one and ONLY problem I noticed was that on the occasion that she soiled her crate overnight, the foam wasn’t protected (although the covering unzips and washes easily) I solved that problem by slipping the foam into a big, clear plastic bag meant for recycling. The sound of the plastic beneath the covering startled her a bit the first time she laid down, but it’s all worked out in the weeks since. And I’m SO glad I did it. There’s been tummy upset a few times and I could even smell the soiling on the plastic when I’d remove the cover for laundering. It would have been awful to live with that smell and the biohazard it emanated from had I not slipped the bag over the foam. All in all, a great product though. It’s a good value and a very good product.

The package comes folded up and compressed so it looked funky when I opened it. The middle had a fold that did go away when I laid it flat and massaged it out. It went to its shape after 4 hours. I got the 35x22 and it feels like memory foam. Very happy with my purchase great price and my dog loved it too

Not as thick as it appears in the photos. i have a big Doberman (like in the description photo) and she fills the bed up, no extra room, the photo implies more space. But it is 3“ thick like specs say. It does meet all measurements, accurate to specs.It took about 3 days to puff up to full size. It Is a dense foam to give support.I Bought it based on appearance in photo and was disappointed. So my advice is to measure your dog and space for the bed to be sure of size needed.Nothing wrong with bed at all. Just my expectations.

My dog loves it fits perfect in her crate and she looks very cozy while laying in itI washed it once already since I purchased it and had no issues putting it back on happy I purchased it

This bed came vacuum packed. Horribly vacuum packed! The foam starting to rise after two days being out of the roll/box, however the center has a big bump and the fabric is ruined due to the vacuum sealing with each side where the fold was looking diffeeent. The bed is not a rectangle. It’s odd shaped and the cover does not fit correctly. You can see in the picture above how terrible it looks compared to the photo on the purchase option.

I went on the search for a bed like this, after I bought another year's ago for my dog and she loved it. That company no longer has the same bed, so I went looking for one similar for a new dog I had gotten. She was trying to share the bed with my other dog and there just wasn't enough room. I found this and was so happy to have found a similar option. The price was great and reviews seemed decent, so I ordered two. I got them in and got them out and they weren't inflating a bit. Usually when take bedding out of vaccum sealed bags it pops out pretty quickly and gets thicker. These didn't. It said give it 72 hrs so I did. Laid them on a flat surface and left them alone. The one bed inflated better over time, but two corners are still flat. The other bed never inflated except a small ridge down the middle. I waited another 24 hrs and still nothing. I wanted to love these and recommend them, but I can't. Amazon offered me a refund and helped me tremendously with all of it. It seems some people have gotten great beds and some haven't, so all of that said, buy at your own risk. You may get a great deal or you may get a dud. Amazon was fantastic to work with as always!

Bed is easy to move and easy to clean. Not too firm or soft.
