When I first heard about Turk I didn’t think much of it. I take creatine, workout regularly and have no interest in steroids. Much to my surprise it’s been fantastic and I feel the difference. One of the best choices I’ve made when it comes to my fitness. I take just once in the morning, not first thing but an hour afterwards with a glass of milk. If I’m engaging in a particularly intense workout session I then take another 30 mins before. I have more energy, recovery is quicker and I’ve been able to push myself further. It’s now part of my daily routine.

Easy and quick to use

Really noticed my strength go up was sceptical, I have used lots of so called muscle builders in the past this is the only thing that I have actually noticed a difference will definitely order again highly recommend. 💪

Having previously experienced positive effects from Turkesterone, such as enhanced strength and muscle growth, I decided to try a new brand as my stock was depleting. My routine includes a daily dose of this Turkesterone, alongside supplements like Shilajit, Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, and Creatine gummies, complemented by a large black coffee before my workout sessions. This brand's Turkesterone, at a 500mg dosage per tablet & 10% standardisation is much lower than what I am accustomed to. I usually take 1500mg and 20% standardisation. A 10% standardization means that 10% of the supplement is made up of the active Turkesterone compounds, while a 20% standardization indicates that 20% of the supplement consists of these active compounds. Therefore, the 20% standardization contains a higher concentration of Turkesterone, potentially offering more potent effects or requiring a smaller dosage to achieve similar benefits compared to the 10% standardization. Although my stamina and endurance was maintained, I did notice a dip in strength with this supplement. I guess thats because of the 10% standardisation (im used to 20%) and only 500mg (I'm used 1500mg). If I was completely new to Turkesterone I think I would have seen improvement. However, as I am a long term user of Turkesterone and since I take 1500mg - I really do notice the reduction in mg and standardisation when using this brand. Consequently I cant recommend this brand. I have been using this product for many weeks (this purchase was to continue using) it has really helped with increasing my strength and muscle volume. Highly recommended to anyone looking to push themselves in the gym.
